Our food is a celebration and made to share, the perfect indulgence for groups or a decadent dinner for two. Lead by Head Chef Joel Wootten, we take the classic techniques of Europe and match them with seasonal Australian produce to create an indulgent Euro-Australian experience.
All our wines are farmed organically or bio-dynamically and are all f***ing delicious. We won't have one without the other. Carefully curated by our Wine Director Caitlyn Rees, our list bridges the gap between classic and natural wine drinkers. Honouring irreplaceable regions like Champagne while showcasing emerging local and international producers, it's the wine we love to drink and we think you will too.
Our music is live every night, presented as a program of month long residencies with artists spanning a variety of forms within the jazz world.

We also accept walk-ins for both drinking and dining in our Bar.
Our music program sees a mixture of resident acts and weekly parties married with one-off events and drop ins from touring interstate and international artists. Tuesday's and Wednesday's are our spin on a dinner and show, with 3 sets of live music from 7pm to 9.30pm to accompany our dinner service. From Thursday to Saturday, live acts play 3 sets from 9pm with DJs spinning till late on Friday and Saturday nights. There's no cover charge and all are welcome, with our bar area (and dance floor) free for walk-ins.

The quieter sister of Mary’s Underground. The Clam Bar offers seafood and natural wine in a room offset from the Bar & Restaurant.
